Chough Drone Services - Terms and Conditions
The Agreement Between You and Chough Drone Services
When you agree to these Terms and Conditions, a binding contract is formed between you and Chough Drone Services. The terms of this contract are outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Chough Drone Services provides the service of taking photographs and videos, which are then available for you to use as outlined in the Copyright section of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment
Payment must be made within 30 days of the completion of the work by Chough Drone Services.
Cancellation/Rearrangement of Bookings
Occasionally, Chough Drone Services may have to rearrange your booking. We will endeavour to avoid this, but due to the nature of our work, factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions) may necessitate the rearrangement of a booking. If we have to rearrange your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible.
In rare cases, Chough Drone Services may need to cancel a booking, and reserves the right to do this at any time. In the unlikely event that we do have to cancel your booking, we will let you know as early as possible and you will not be charged.
If you wish to rearrange or cancel a booking with Chough Drone Services, you may do so at any time, and, in most cases, without charge. However, if Chough Drone Services has already incurred expenses as a result of your booking, such as travel expenses, you will still be liable for these. The expenses that you will be liable for will be outlined in your quote, with the exception of the free 50 miles travel expenses (when applicable) - this will become chargeable in the event that you cancel or rearrange your booking after we have begun travelling to the site.
Copyright
The photographer retains all rights to the images captured during the course of their work for you. You will be granted a license to use the images for agreed purposes. The terms of this license will be outlined in a separate agreement provided at the time of making a booking.
Termination
If we deem that you are in breach of this agreement, or under other exceptional circumstances, Chough Drone Services reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time. In such cases, you will only be charged for any work already completed and expenses incurred as a result of your booking.
